Check Positive Pay enables you to prevent payment on fraudulent checks before the money ever leaves your account: you give us a file of the checks you issued and we use it to verify all checks presented for payment. If something doesn't add up, we alert you immediately so you can choose to stop or allow payment. It’s a simple, safe, and smart way to safeguard your business.

ACH Positive Pay  protects your business’ hard-earned money with Ohio State Bank’s ACH Positive Pay service.  ACH Positive Pay enables you to prevent payment on fraudulent ACH transactions.  Create an approved vendor list in your Online Banking and when payments are presented that don't match we alert you immediately.   If something doesn't add up, we alert you immediately so you can choose to stop or allow payment. It’s a simple, safe, and smart way to safeguard your business. 

Remote Deposit Capture

To make your business banking even easier, Ohio State Bank offers a remote capture service that allows you to electronically deposit checks. You don’t have to carry checks around or even leave the office, and if you make a deposit before our cutoff time, funds credit to your business account the same day.

We give you a compact desktop scanner, personalized training, and software installation so you know just what to do. Business deposits are transmitted through a 128-bit encrypted connection and firewall service for multi-layer security; likewise, sensitive financial data and images are never stored on your computer system, but are available to retrieve from our secure server.
